In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, all Placer County Library locations will return to a modified walk up service beginning Tuesday, December 8. Browsing the collections inside the libraries with limited capacity will be suspended in the Auburn, Colfax, Granite Bay, Kings Beach, and Tahoe City Libraries. Hours of operation in each library location will remain the same. In addition, the Foresthill Library will open for modified services/ walk-up service on Tuesday, December 8. These modifications will be monitored each week and browsing will return as soon as prudently possible.
